Refund policy

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The product is damaged or defective upon delivery

  • You received the wrong item

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in original packaging

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare, fragrance, hair, and makeup products cannot be returned unless they are damaged or incorrect.


2. Return Request Time

  • Customers must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Claims made after 24 hours may not be accepted.

4. Refund Process

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds may be issued via bank transfer or adjustment (depending on payment method).

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was on our side.


5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used products

  • Items damaged due to misuse

  • Products without original packaging

  • Sale or promotional items (unless damaged)


6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can only be cancelled before shipment.

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.


7. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are only allowed if:

  • The product received is incorrect

  • The product is damaged upon delivery
